Toastmasters member and executive director of St. Vincent de Paul of LA, David Garcia, confidently speaks to a news crew at SVdPLA’s 2019 Backpacks Giveaway.

St. Vincent de Paul of Los Angeles is a nonprofit organization that helps the homeless and needy in Southern California. Our Toastmasters Club invites our employees, volunteers, partners and members of our surrounding community to join us in becoming more competent communicators and to use this skill to create positive change in our world.

St. Vincent de Paul of Los Angeles hosts our Toastmasters chapter at our headquarters in Lincoln Heights. Meetings take place every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 3 pm-4 pm. It is a fantastic opportunity to improve flow, comfort, quick-thinking and efficiency with public speaking, no matter your skill level. Join us to become a better communicator for positive change!
