The Heart of Our Mission
Our charity, driven by the principles of love and compassion, serves the disadvantaged and homeless of all religions. With the help of our 2,500 dedicated Vincentian volunteers, we reach out to those in need in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties. We offer a wide range of services, including providing food, clothing, furniture, appliances, rental assistance, and various forms of financial support. Our mission encompasses food pantries, soup kitchens, and a remarkable homeless program for men on Skid Row in LA, which has successfully transitioned 100 men into stable housing.
Vincentian Services
At the core of our charitable work are the Vincentian Services. Through our Vincentian conferences, we have provided an astounding $2,214,179 in financial assistance within a single year. This financial aid directly impacts the lives of those struggling to make ends meet, ensuring that they have a roof over their heads and food on the table.
Cardinal Manning Center Men’s Shelter
The Cardinal Manning Center Men’s Shelter is a beacon of hope for homeless men in Los Angeles. Last year alone, we provided 10,239 sheltered nights at the CMC. This is a testament to the impact of our work, as we help men get back on their feet and find stable housing.
Thrift Store: Where Giving Meets Shopping

The store is stocked with a diverse range of items, from clothing to furniture, and all the proceeds go towards supporting our charitable initiatives. Circle V Ranch and Retreat Center
Our mission extends beyond urban areas to the beautiful Circle V Ranch and Retreat Center. This haven serves as a place of respite, healing, and transformation for individuals and families. The serene surroundings provide a space for reflection and growth, making it a vital part of our charity’s work. We are proud to share in 2022, 334 children received scholarships to attend our Circle V summer camp.

Tyrone, a homeless man on Skid Row, found refuge at our Cardinal Manning Center. With the support of our shelter and various programs, Tyrone was able to secure a job and transition into permanent housing, breaking free from the cycle of homelessness.
